On-Water Practice: Spend most of the class on the water, practicing balance, maneuvering, and paddling efficiently. Fun and Fitness: Experience the joy of being on the water while getting a full-body workout that enhances balance, strength, and endurance. Who Should Join: This class is perfect for individuals of all ages and fitness levels who are eager to try stand-up paddleboarding for the first time.
